I've Got A Girl Crush: Former LiveOne/Slacker Radio Country Format Captain and host Jess Wright is launching Girl Crush Country, a weekly newsletter and YouTube channel, January 19. “Even as they’re dominating awards shows and breaking chart records, female country artists continue to be underrepresented in airplay and playlisting,” says Wright. “Girl Crush Country will shine a spotlight on the women who are making great music and keep them in front of an audience that’s eager to hear them.” Wright will host the YouTube channel’s interviews and other content.
