Max Media WGH/Norfolk APD/MD/morning co-host Karen West has been upped to PD. She assumes the responsibilities from cluster OM Jay West. "The name Karen West is synonymous in Hampton Roads with country music and I’m extremely excited to elevate someone of her caliber into this role," Jay West says.
