Crib Note: Stone Country Records' Ben Gallaher and wife Monica welcomed their second child, son Jagger Blaine, April 8 in Nashville. He joins 21-month-old big brother River Jones. "What a gift from God," says Gallaher. "It really is the biggest blessing to have two beautiful, healthy children.
