A3 Adds Carrasco, Samet, Vest
A3 Musketeers: Warner Music Group/WMX VP/Brand Management Felix Carrasco has been named SVP/A&R and New Business of A3 Merch. Joining him in the company's New York office is Mgr./A&R and International Touring Danny Samet, and Nashville's Troy Vest has been upped to EVP/GM. A3 Merch was founded in 2009 by label vets Jon Elliot and Christian Svendsen (CAT 6/29/2009).
