Former Stone Country Dir./Promotion Kerry Wolfe has joined Galaxy Label Group as VP/Promotion, leading a team that has former Curb SVP and Pop promotion vet Cheryl Broz as Head/National Promotion. Concurrently, industry vets Kristen Brust and John Lessard have been added to handle National Promotion Strategies and National Promotion & Touring, respectively. Brust's priors include Big Machine, KBEQ/Kansas City and WWWW/Detroit; she is also married to Galaxy co-founder Preston Brust who – along with Chris Lucas – are label flagship artist LoCash. Lessard is the duo's tour manager and a partner in Two Tone Music Group. Launched in February, Galaxy is a partnership with Skip Bishop and Butch Waugh’s Studio2Bee Entertainment (CAT 2/29) and distributed by BBRMG.

"[Kerry Wolfe's] encyclopedic knowledge of media and insight into the new consumer discovery patterns has already made Galaxy vastly more energized and ready to succeed," says Preston Brust. Adds Lucas, "Cheryl has always been a forward thinker and is a pioneer in market research and how digital consumption is utilized for exposure."

"Kristen’s boundless creativity and innate vision of fans' discovery habits made her a meteoric rising star during her early radio and label career," says Bishop. Waugh says of Lessard, "He brings to Galaxy an extensive roadmap of relationships, knowledge and experience with connecting the dots between performance, airplay and consumer engagement."
