Chronicle: Stephen "Steve" Johnson, who spent more than 45 years as a prominent Salt Lake City broadcaster, died May 19 at the age of 74. Johnson worked for 35 years with Simmons Media, rising to President before being named CEO/GM at Broadway Media in 2014 after that company acquired Simmons. His oversight at Broadway included KNAH.
