Bill Black Adds Job, Board Position
Back In Black: Retired WKSJ/Mobile, AL PD/afternoon host Bill Black has been appointed to the Alabama Music Hall of Fame Board of Directors for a term beginning in August. Additionally, Black has been hired as Dir./Festival Development for the Frank Brown Songwriters Festival, for which he had been a board member for two years. Black retired in early 2024 (CAT 12/7/23) after more than 30 years with WKSJ and more than 45 in radio. Reach him here.
