WHMA's Carter Departs: Williams WHMA/Anniston, AL OM/PD/morning host Tex Carter has exited after 20 years with the station. His prior stops include Athens and Huntsville (AL), Charlotte and two years as PD at WDXB/Birmingham. No word on plans for the position.
