SiriusXM Executive Thorsen Departs
Thorsen Exits: SiriusXM disclosed in a July 30 SEC filing that EVP/COO Wayne Thorsen is departing today (7/31). The filing says, "There were no disagreements between the company and Mr. Thorsen with respect to the company’s operations, policies or practices. The company does not intend to appoint a successor Chief Operating Officer at this time." Thorsen joined SXM from ADT in 2024 (CAT 12/10/24).
