Reve News: Townsquare reported Q2 2026 net revenue of $115.4 million, the same figure it reported in the second quarter of 2025, and a $41.8m net loss attributed to "non-cash impairment charges related to FCC licenses." Adjusted EBITDA was $24.8m and adjusted net income was $3.7m. Broadcast advertising net revenue decreased 5.5%, while digital ad revenue increased 11%, accounting for 57% of total revenue. "The combination of multiple scalable, high-margin digital growth platforms and a durable broadcast cash flow business creates a differentiated company with significant long-term opportunities to drive shareholder value," says CEO Bill Wilson.
