Still Waters: Longtime Alpha WFLS/Fredericksburg, VA morning host Steve Waters will be departing Aug. 30 for a new, as yet undisclosed opportunity in another market. Waters started his career at WFLS, returning to the station (then owned by Free Lance Star) in 2011 after a stint in mornings at WIWF (The Wolf)/Charleston, SC (CAT 5/11/11). WFLS OM/Content Dir.
