Bits & Pieces: The Metro Nashville Airport Authority today (9/11) unanimously approved a proposal to rename Nashville International Airport after the late Dolly Parton, a change that could take six to eight months to complete and cost more than $10 million. Among the items still to be determined are whether the new name would include "Nashville," and whether the airport's longtime "BNA" aviation code would change. Either way, FAA approval is required.

Riley Green has partnered with Dollar General to offer his upcoming album, That's Just Me, for $9.95 at more than 16,000 of the retailer's locations nationwide beginning Sept. 18. The DG version features an exclusive (and shirtless) album cover.

Megan Moroney has teamed with organic grocer Erewhon to create her own smoothie, Easy Tiger. Inspired by her Cloud 9 album, it has layers of Greek yogurt and A2 whey, swirled with peach and dragon fruit. Erewhon is donating some proceeds to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Details here
