Bits & Pieces: Disappointed that the routing for Kenny Chesney's 2027 stadium tour does not incude their city, Cumulus WIVK/Knoxville's Joey & Nancy morning show have launched the "Kenny Come Back" online petition campaign to get Chesney to play the market for what they say would be the first time as a headliner in 23 years.
