Brooks, TuneIn Dissolve Partnership: Garth Brooks and TuneIn have terminated their partnership in The Sevens Network, as reported last night (9/21) via Breaking News. Sevens provided live, free radio stations The BIG 615, Tailgate Radio and The Garth Channel. The latter two sign off today (9/22). The BIG 615 will continue through the end of the year on the TuneIn platform, but will no longer be affiliated with Brooks or Sevens. Brooks and TuneIn launched Sevens in 2023 (CAT 5/9/23), and their split follows TuneIn’s 2025 acquisition by the Stingray Group (CAT 11/12/25). No word yet on how the partnership dissolution will affect staff, which includes PD Bob Richards, MD Monta Vaden, air personality Storme Warren and producer Joe Wills, among others, who declined to comment. A PR rep for TuneIn had not replied by publication time. A press release says more information regarding Brooks' "multimedia and radio broadcast initiatives will be announced within the coming months."
